Look at all these features
- The overall length of the Sea-Rig Rigging
Screw is only approximately 60% of other
manufactured rigging screws. This is achieved by
burying both right and left hand threaded
components within themselves (Patent
pending).
- Both right and left hand threads are never
exposed to either the environment or to any
damage.
- The locking is simplicity itself. The screw
locks itself in the longitudinal slot in the
union.
- Adjustment is made by placing a spanner on
the two flats of the swage and a second spanner
is placed on the hexagonal end of the union and
turned either way for adjustment.
- The complete tidiness of design in the
Sea-Rig Rigging Screw makes it less prone to
tearing sails or clothing, and ideally suited to
architectural features of design.
- Stainless Steel wire rope is attached to the
rigging screw by insertion down the end of the
stud swage (pictured), which is then passed
through a powerful portable hydraulic swaging
press. Efficient, neat and tidy.
